Clean, quiet holiday apartment. Landlady very friendly. The only downside is that you always need to have your own transportation.

Mrs. Janke is a wonderful woman. She gave us a very warm welcome, and the accommodation is simply superb. If we needed anything, we could go to her anytime. I would book my holiday with her again in a heartbeat. It's a beautiful and peaceful location where you can truly unwind in the evenings after a long day. We spent a few wonderful days here. The apartment is a great base for visiting places like Meissen and Dresden. Our children loved the large garden with its swing and slide, as well as the chickens. Mrs. Jahnke's hospitality is hard to beat. Every day, there was a little treat like fresh eggs, fruit, or vegetables from the garden. Thank you for the wonderful time!

May 2023: During our Saxony vacation, we chose this vacation apartment at Mrs. Janke's place in Graupzig/Nossen because it's a central base. From here, you can easily reach Leipzig, Dresden, Meissen, Freiberg, Altzella Monastery, Nossen Castle, Moritzburg Castle, and many other attractions within about 20-60 minutes. The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room, a dining room, and a hallway. We stayed here for eight days. Mrs. Janke is very hospitable and treated us to eggs from her happy hens. There were always fresh flowers on the dining table and the garden table. There's seating in the courtyard and behind the house when the weather is nice. Graupzig itself has an old oak tree that's worth seeing. The village itself is very quiet and doesn't offer much besides many dilapidated houses. Recommended restaurants are "Zum heißen Stein" and "Cafe zur Eiszeit" in Wendischbora.

The best accommodation to spend a few days on vacation with the family. It is a quiet place with a large garden for children to play in a completely natural environment. The hostess is attentive and happy to help you or give you directions on what you need. The house is completely clean and the beds are very comfortable!
